You sent me an email stating you shipped my order and asked for a review I have not received it yet. UPS just keeps saying a label has been created but no delivery date. This is after I was sent an email telling my order was not available and I needed to choose something else. Make up your mind are you shipping my order or not?

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen diese wunderschöne Tasche erhalten, wirklich ein Meisterstück des Handwerks. Ich habe noch nie zuvor eine Tasche dieser Art gesehen und ich bin sehr stolz sie besitzen zu dürfen. Das Perlmutt leuchtet in den schönsten Farben und wunderschöne ausgearbeitete Elefanten.
